1.1This website is operated by TAXYOU TAX AGENCY L.L.C. Its content is general information about possible services and report scopes, not advice on your particular facts, a tax opinion, an audit opinion, a certification, an offer capable of acceptance, or a guarantee of any result. Rules and circumstances change. Obtain advice under an agreed engagement before relying on information for a filing, transaction or other decision.
1.2Service availability, authorised scope, qualified personnel, fees, deliverables, timing and reliance rights are confirmed separately. A report description does not promise approval or acceptance by a bank, investor, regulator, certifying body or other third party. Reserved or regulated services require the relevant authorisation or appropriately authorised provider.
2. Enquiries, fees and reliance
2.1Sending an enquiry, preparing an email or submitting a CV does not create a client, employment, partnership or agency relationship. An engagement begins only when agreed through an authorised TAXYOU representative, subject to the required checks and written terms. This website does not collect payments. Professional services may carry fees agreed separately; no application fee is collected through this website.
2.2Engagement letters govern commissioned work, including agreed responsibility, confidentiality, intellectual property and reliance. Reports may be used or shared only within their agreed purpose and permitted recipients. These website terms do not replace a signed engagement or expand a report's scope.
3. Your submissions and acceptable use
3.1Provide accurate, lawful information and only materials you are entitled to disclose. Sending information does not transfer ownership to TAXYOU; you permit the use necessary to respond to your request or assess your introduction, subject to the Privacy Notice and your recorded choices. Optional future retention and client sharing are governed by the Recruitment & Freelancer Privacy Notice.
3.2Do not introduce malware, impersonate anyone, submit deceptive or unlawful material, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service or copy website content for misleading use. TAXYOU may decline inappropriate enquiries or restrict abusive use, subject to applicable law. Please report a suspected security issue privately to contact@taxagency.ae and avoid accessing or disclosing another person's data.
4. Content, availability and liability
4.1TAXYOU and its licensors retain rights in the website's branding and original content. You may view it and retain reasonable copies for your own internal evaluation with attribution. Commercial republication, misleading reuse or use of TAXYOU branding requires permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.
4.2We aim to provide useful, accurate information but do not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness, error-free operation, or freedom from every security threat. External links do not amount to endorsement or control of another provider. Email delivery and responses are not guaranteed; follow up on urgent matters through an agreed channel.

5.1These website terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Subject to mandatory law and any binding agreement for the matter concerned, disputes relating to these website terms fall within the competent courts of Dubai. Regulatory complaints and non-excludable rights remain available.
5.2We may update these terms for future website use and show the revised date. Updates do not retrospectively alter a signed engagement or an existing consent.
