1. Assessing your application or services
1.1TAXYOU TAX AGENCY L.L.C. receives career and freelancer expressions of interest at contact@taxagency.ae. With your assessment consent, we may review your introduction, CV/profile, experience, qualifications, availability, professional links and related correspondence; assess suitability; discuss opportunities; and contact you about this introduction. Relevant internal reviewers and necessary email/administration providers may assist.
1.2Please provide accurate information and materials you are entitled to share. References, credential checks, sensitive records or more extensive checks will be addressed separately when relevant and lawful. Do not include confidential work samples, identity documents or unnecessary sensitive information. By submitting, you confirm that your introduction and credentials are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to share the materials. A submission does not guarantee a vacancy, interview, client assignment, visa, employment or paid work. Any resulting role or project remains subject to applicable licensing, work-permission requirements and separately agreed terms.
2. Future opportunities — optional
2.1If you select the future-opportunities option, we may keep your CV/profile in our talent pool and contact you about suitable employment, freelance or project opportunities for up to 24 months from your last substantive application contact. Without that choice, an unsuccessful or inactive introduction is normally removed from active recruitment records within six months of that contact.
2.2The six- and 24-month periods are TAXYOU policy limits, not periods prescribed by law. A website visit or unsolicited message from us does not restart the retention period. This option is not permission for general advertising or newsletters. You can decline it without affecting assessment for a current opportunity. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing contact@taxagency.ae.
3. Client and delivery-partner introductions — optional
3.1If you select the client-introductions option, we may assess your suitability for client work and contact you about a relevant introduction. Before sharing an identifiable CV/profile, we will identify the intended client or delivery partner, explain the opportunity, identify the proposed information and any relevant overseas destination, and obtain your confirmation by email. We will share only information relevant to that confirmed introduction.
3.2This is not permission to circulate your CV indiscriminately, publish it, sell it, or use your identity in a bid or credential presentation without the required confirmation. If you decline, we can still consider you for internal opportunities. For client assignments, declining disclosure may prevent that particular introduction.
3.3A recipient may process information for its own assessment and obligations. We will identify the recipient so you can request its privacy information and understand its role before agreeing. TAXYOU will seek appropriate confidentiality and purpose restrictions for introductions it arranges. Overseas disclosure remains subject to applicable transfer requirements.
4. Your record and withdrawal
4.1The application form starts with no permission boxes selected. It records your choices, the exact choice wording, notice version and the draft preparation time in the email draft. TAXYOU receives that record only if you send the email; draft preparation is not a server-verified consent log. Please retain the consent section when sending.
4.2If you email us directly without using the form, no optional future retention or client disclosure permission is assumed. We will ask for the permissions needed before those uses. You may change or withdraw a choice by emailing contact@taxagency.ae with your name, the relevant application and the permission concerned.
4.3Withdrawal does not undo lawful earlier processing or a disclosure already made. We will stop new consent-based disclosures and, where appropriate, notify relevant recipients of a correction, deletion or withdrawal request. A recipient's legal retention duties may still apply. Limited consent, withdrawal or dispute records may be retained where necessary; full details of rights, retention exceptions and providers are in the Privacy Notice.
